I have found a new therapy that really does make you feel better about yourself... You see someone and think of all the reasons you don't want to that person. It could be a particular individual, a general type of person, someone that does a certain job... the possibilities are endless. As an example...
Customer Service Represenative when my mother calls because she's having trouble with her television or internet service.... I DON'T WANT TO BE YOU.
You'd be surprised at the number of possibilities that surround you on a daily basis. After you go thru all the reasons that you don't want to be that person, it really does make you thankful just to be yourself!
So join me... this blog is specifically created as a therapy site. Post your thoughts, try not to threaten anyone's life and let it all out!
